1. Pneumatic Conveying

Plastic regrind is transferred from the granulator through an enclosed piping system, helping reduce manual handling and material exposure.

2. Cyclone Separation

The PNP-CYS360 Cyclone Separator separates the main reusable material from the conveying air and discharges it into a receiving hopper or collection container.

3. Fine Dust Collection

The PNP-PDC-550-ECO Dust Collector captures fine dust carried over from the cyclone separation stage, helping reduce dust emissions within the production area.

4. Automatic Pulse-Jet Cleaning

The automatic pulse-jet system periodically cleans the filter elements, helping minimize filter blockage and reduce routine maintenance requirements.

5. Application-Specific Engineering

The blower capacity, pipe diameter, pipe routing and system components are selected according to:
